Welcome to the McGill Chapter of Students for Global Health!

We appreciate your interest in our club’s activities.  Below is a list of our recent and upcoming activities.  Feel free to send us an e-mail if you want to learn about our activities:

1. Our primary concern and efforts in the coming weeks will be focused on our upcoming recruitment events. These events are intended to allow those interested to familiarize themselves with our mission, objectives, and other upcoming activities. Please come and invite your friends! 2. We have recently received interim club status from the SSMU at McGill University. We have followed up this process with filling out the application papers necessary to achieve full club status for the start of the academic year in September 2008. 

3. The roles for our members will be decided in the coming weeks. Our team has become more cohesive due to recent meetings, a strong belief in the mission of our organisation, and a sense of camaraderie between members that has encouraged overall team spirit to quickly develop.

4. Fundraising efforts are currently underway and events are being planned in order to raise funds for our club in order to support our club activities and a project in India.

5. An information technology project in India is being planned in the province of Andhra Pradesh. It is in the planning stages and efforts will continue to push forward key objectives of this plan throughout the summer.
