As an international non-profit organization, Students for Global Health can only be made possible by the generous help and support through grants, scholarships, and other forms of sponsorship. Currently, we require provisions for local fundraising and awareness events as well as for specific as­pects of our annual projects. This year, in particular, a major portion of our fundraising efforts will be directed towards sus­taining the rehabilitation center in Malaysia. Although large donations have already been received, we still require significant support for renovation and running costs such as medical supplies, food, and staff salaries. Furthermore, our fundraising efforts will be also be directed towards local awareness events and for providing students with internship opportunities abroad to use their education for the advancement healthcare services in developing regions.
